Most teams do not need more meetings — they need better leadership, real agility, and a clear path forward.
At LineBreak Solutions, we teach organizations how to lead like humans and work like pros.
We help teams ditch the drama, streamline their systems, and actually enjoy getting things done. Our work is about clarity, iteration, and intentional change — no buzzwords, no endless slide decks, and definitely no "leadership theater."
Our mission is simple:
To break the cycle of busywork, build fearless leaders, and create teams that move with clarity, courage, and purpose.
If you are ready to lead smarter, move faster, and build the kind of team that thrives on purpose (not pressure), you are exactly where you need to be.
Hi, I’m Diana — founder of LineBreak Solutions, leadership nerd, proud Army veteran, and eternal champion of getting real work done.
My leadership journey started in the world’s toughest environments: serving as an intelligence analyst and Arabic linguist in the U.S. Army, with deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan. Over the years, I saw firsthand the growing need for a new kind of leadership — one that was less about rank and rigidity, and more about clarity, agility, and human connection.
After more than 20 years working in and alongside the military, I pivoted from intelligence to leading software development and IT sustainment programs for the Army and Air Force. I was directly involved in Agile transformation efforts at major commands like U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) and Army Futures Command (AFC), helping drive change in two of the military’s most complex, high-stakes environments.
Today, I serve as a program manager overseeing multi-million-dollar IT projects, while also pursuing my Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership. (Doctoral student now, soon-to-be graduate!) My academic work focuses on building better leaders through innovation, inclusivity, and intentional change — exactly the work I bring into every LineBreak engagement.
I am passionate about helping leaders break free from outdated models, embrace iterative progress, and create cultures where people actually want to show up and contribute. My goal is simple: build better teams, stronger organizations, and more fearless leaders.
When I am not working, you’ll find me gaming, watching movies, or wrangling my two big (and very spoiled) Labrador retrievers.
